Your new role As Quality Systems Manager, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and continually improving the organisation's integrated management system. You will provide strategic oversight across quality performance, compliance, and audit activity for multiple engineering and operational sites.Key responsibilities include:
Owning and developing the Quality Management System (QMS) aligned to ISO 9001 and wider compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Planning, delivering, and reporting internal audit programmes; supporting external audits and regulatory inspections. Analysing quality metrics, identifying trends, and driving targeted improvement initiatives.
