You'll play a key role in maintaining and improving our ISO 9001:2015-certified Quality Management System, supporting internal teams and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. This role is ideal for someone who is process-focused, analytical, and confident in working with both data and people to improve quality performance. Key Responsibilities Maintain and support the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Conduct internal audits, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventative actions.

Provide training in auditing practices to less experienced team members.

Report on internal quality KPIs such as scrap rates and delivery performance.

Record and manage concerns, responses, and follow-up communication with customers as needed.
