About the Role:
Join us as a Quality Specialist (Team Lead) and play a key role in supporting the delivery of high food safety and quality standards across the plant.
In this role, you'll act as a point of contact for quality on shift, working closely with Production and Quality teams to help ensure products meet Group expectations. You'll support day-to-day quality activities, help guide colleagues on standards and processes, and contribute to maintaining a strong quality culture on site.
This is a great opportunity for someone with some experience in quality who is looking to take on more responsibility and develop their impact within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Main Responsibilities:
You will support the monitoring of product quality across the manufacturing process - from raw materials to finished goods - helping to ensure all checks, sampling and audits are carried out in line with standards.
Act as a point of contact on shift for quality-related queries, providing guidance to operators and colleagues on GMP and Food Safety standards, and helping to ensure consistent ways of working across the team.
Support hygiene-related activities, including cleaning validation and the Environmental Monitoring Programme, working with teams to maintain high standards on the factory floor.
