JOB TITLE: Quality Manager\nLOCATION: London\nANNUAL SALARY: £55,000 per annum, plus up to 5% performance related bonus\nREPORTING TO: Technical Manager, Business Development\n\nQuality Manager\n\nThe primary purpose of this role is to oversee and manage the quality control of design and construction across capital building projects. This includes:\n\n * \n\n Reviewing and scrutinising design information and technical specifications\n\n * \n\n Carrying out site inspections at key stages, including standard-setting, pre-close up, functional and finishes checks\n\n * \n\n Producing regular quality reports and progress updates\n\n * \n\n Identifying defects, non-compliances and areas requiring improvement\n\n * \n\n Working closely with project teams, including Project Managers and Employers’ Agents, to resolve issues\n\n * \n\n Providing feedback to support ongoing improvement of design briefs and technical requirements\n\nThe role helps ensure full compliance with:\n\n * \n\n Building Regulations, including Part B (Fire Safety)\n\n * \n\n Requirements of the Building Safety Regulator\n\n * \n\n CDM 2015\n\n * \n\n Employer’s Requirements\n\n * \n\n Third-party obligations (e.g., Rights of Light, Party Wall Awards, statutory wayleaves)\n\n * \n\n All relevant contract and technical documents\n\nUltimately, this position supports:\n\n * \n\n Enhancing and protecting the long-term value of built assets\n\n * \n\n Improving resident satisfaction across newly developed homes\n\nThis vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Greenacre Recruitment Ltd who are operating as a recruitment agency and business
