Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting a Quality Manager for a leading FMCG business in Brigg.  As the Quality Manager, you will report directly to the Operations Director and take the lead in maintaining and improving the quality standards across the site. You will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements, while driving continuous improvements in our Quality Management System (QMS). This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant impact on the quality standards within the business. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System and customer specifications. Maintain and update regulatory compliance with current laws and standards (ISO, BRC, etc.). Oversee internal audits, customer visits, and maintain relevant accreditations. Manage the Quality Control department, leading and developing the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., commercial, process engineering) to achieve quality standards and implement process improvements.
