You wont just monitor quality, you will influence it. Acting as acritical friendto operational teams, you will challenge, support, and inspire continuous improvement whilst helping embed a culture of excellence, learning, and accountability.

This role requires national travel to be able to visit all of our services.

This is a varied and impactful role where no two days are the same. You will:

• Lead quality oversight across a portfolio of services.
• Carry out planned and unannounced inspections to ensure compliance and excellence.
• Analyse incident data and audits to identify trends and drive improvement.
• Provide expert advice, coaching, and support to managers and teams.
• Deliver specialist training, including communication, dysphagia awareness, and positive behaviour support.
• Support the development of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans.
• Ensure services remain inspection-ready at all times.
• Contribute to policy development, reviews, and reporting.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and best practice.

Were seeking someone who combines strong technical knowledge with a collaborative, people-focused approach.

You will bring:

• Experience in quality assurance, audit, or compliance within a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g. CQC, RQIA, CIW, Ofsted).
• A track record of driving improvement in social care or similar settings.
• Experience designing and delivering training or coaching programmes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• A genuine commitment to inclusion, diversity, and person-centred care.

Maybo accreditation (or willingness to work towards it) is desirable.
