The Opportunity As our Quality Manager, you will be the driving force behind our quality strategy, ensuring our processes, systems, and culture continue to meet the highest industry standards. You’ll lead a dedicated quality team, work closely with customers and regulatory bodies, and play a key role in maintaining our approvals and certifications. This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, influence, and making a measurable impact. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the Quality team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability Maintain and enhance compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, and customer-specific requirements Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring robust corrective and preventive actions Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations and quality systems Manage customer quality relationships, including handling NCRs, concessions, and technical queries Analyse quality performance data and present insights to senior leadership Ensure documentation, processes, and procedures remain current, controlled, and effective About You We’re looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and strong leadership presence. You will ideally have: Proven experience in a Quality Manager or Senior Quality role within aerospace, precision engineering, or a regulated manufacturing environment Strong working knowledge of AS9100 and NADCAP Experience leading audits and managing customer/regulatory interactions A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships A passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence Chemical Process experience would be advantageous
