Quality Manager Lisburn Salary up to £65,000 depending on experience An established manufacturing organisation operating within a regulated environment is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and develop its quality function. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional with strong leadership experience and a background in ISO 13485 environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining best-in-class quality standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities *Lead and manage a team of Quality Engineers and Quality Inspectors to ensure products meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements. *Champion high-quality standards and drive improvements across all quality-related metrics. *Analyse quality performance, identify trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. *Oversee inspection and audit activities, ensuring audits and inspections are completed in line with schedules and compliance requirements. *Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO 13485, ensuring appropriate procedures, standards, and certification requirements are met. *Provide quality support to New Product Development (NPD) projects, ensuring quality integration from concept through to product launch. *Liaise with regulatory and statutory bodies to ensure full compliance with relevant regulations. *Manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of any corrective actions. *Drive achievement of key quality KPIs and objectives. *Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. Essential Criteria *Third-level qualification in Engineering, Science, Quality, or a related discipline. *Previous experience working with Quality Management Systems, including ISO 13485 and internal auditing. *Minimum 3 years experience within Quality Management *Demonstrated experience making quality and compliance decisions in regulated environments. *Previous people management experience.
