We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Quality to drive higher standards across the Prison Education Service (PES), ensuring delivery aligns with required quality expectations and external accreditation standards.The postholder will lead on improving education, training, learning and IQA delivery in line with agreed priorities and projects across the contract.This is a remote-based position requiring travel to prisons 34 days per week to support operational teams. The role covers the London region.£45,000 - £50,000 per annum (including London weighting)The successful candidate will:Design and deliver training programmesProvide guidance to prison-based Education Quality Managers, and champion high-quality teaching and learning.
