We are looking to recruit an AutomotiveQuality Manager to take ownership of quality, environmental, and health & safety management at our client's manufacturing site in Salisbury.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on building robust systems, improving processes, and driving a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Youll play a key role in strengthening systems and supporting the next phase of growth for a well-established automotive supplier.

What Youll Be Doing: Own the Quality & Environmental Systems Lead and continuously improve our ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 management systems. Drive Production Quality Oversee daily quality operations including inspection, metrology, non-conformance management and scrap reduction.
