We are working on behalf of a well-established, privately owned groundworks and civil engineering contractor with a strong presence across the South Coast. Operating for over 30 years, they deliver infrastructure packages for leading UK housebuilders, with a focus on residential developments and associated highways works.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Quality Assurance / Adoptions Manager to support projects through to completion and handover.
Quality Assurance / Adoptions Manager Job Description:
This is a key position focused on ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards and successfully adopted by relevant authorities.
Responsibilities include:
Carrying out quality inspections on sites approaching completion
Supporting site teams in closing out defects and snagging
Assisting in the adoption process for roads, sewers, and infrastructure
Ensuring compliance with NHBC standards and customer care requirements
Liaising with local authorities, consultants, and clients
Helping drive projects over the line to successful completion and handover
Quality Assurance / Adoptions Manager Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in a Quality, Finishing, or Customer Care role within residential groundworks or housebuilding
Strong understanding of NHBC standards
Knowledge of highways and road adoption regulations (Section 38 / 278 etc.)
Ability to identify and resolve defects efficiently
Excellent communication and coordination skill
