To support the Head of Quality to improve standards of delivery across the provision (Vocational Training, Functional Skills and Employability), ensuring it meets quality and compliance standards. Lead and deliver assigned quality improvement projects in line with agreed priorities. Design, coordinate and deliver training to quality managers, curriculum managers and teaching teams across Functional Skills, ESOL and vocational programmes. Promote innovative and effective teaching and learning strategies across the education teams - sharing best practice. Monitor and support Quality Improvement Plans, including Ofsted action plans. Review learning resources and documentation to ensure compliance with our clients' quality standards, providing training where required. Work with stakeholders to evaluate the impact of interventions and address underperformance. Produce timely and accurate management and performance reports.

Essential Criteria:

Must hold a PGCE, or equivalent learning and development qualification. Must hold a strong background of working within a similar Quality Lead/Management role within the Further Education sector. Experience of working with external inspection bodies e.g. Ofsted, and awarding organisations. Ability to inspire, lead and motivate teaching staff and learners. Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
