Your work will ensure components meet drawing specifications before being accepted into stock. You will also support continuous improvement through non-conformance reporting and supplier collaboration.

Job Description

Perform mechanical inspection of drawn parts upon receipt Prepare and raise non-conformance reports Coordinate supplier non-conformance resolution, including root cause and corrective action Participate in audits and reviews of drawn-parts suppliers Uphold and promote core values including Integrity, Commitment, Accountability, Innovation and Respect

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar inspection role, ideally within manufacturing Experience within an ISO9001 environment (highly desirable) Skilled in measuring close-tolerance components accurately and consistently Proficient with analogue and digital vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc. CMM experience (ideal) Working knowledge of BS8888
