As a Quality Inspector, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring every vehicle meets the highest standards before it reaches the customer. You’ll work at the heart of production, collaborating with Line Leaders and Assembly Operators to resolve issues quickly, maintain flow, and protect Right‑First‑Time output. If you thrive in a hands‑on environment and enjoy being the person who spots what others miss, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Inspect and road‑test vehicles to identify any quality concerns
Accurately document issues and support root‑cause investigations
Work closely with production teams to prevent out‑of‑sequence (OOS) vehicles
Maintain excellent housekeeping in line with 5S principles
Uphold all Health & Safety standards and company policies
Contribute to continuous improvement across the production line
Carry out additional reasonable duties as required by your managerWhat You’ll Bring

Full UK driving licence
Proven experience in quality inspection
A relevant technical qualification, recognised apprenticeship, or experience within a quality‑focused environment
Strong understanding of industry safety standards
Excellent communication skills
Ability to follow SOPs with precision
A proactive, problem‑solving mindset
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
