ReeVR are currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Inspector to join our clients leading manufacturing organisation.This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong inspection experience to contribute within a high-quality, fast-paced environment.
The Quality Inspector will meet the following key responsibilities:
Perform final inspection and goods-inwards inspection of components, ensuring compliance with drawings
Work to daily inspection targets , ensuring efficiency and accuracy
Maintain and monitor calibration of inspection equipment
Conduct release inspection prior to shipment
Exercise independent judgement in quality-related decisions
Support additional quality activities as required
Using inspection tools (e.g., verniers, micrometers, gauges)
Skills & Experience:
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
Ability to prioritise workload in a dynamic environment
Solid background in quality engineering practices
Extensive experience using standard measuring tools
Experience inspecting aerospace components and associated documentation
Basic computer literacy
Desirable skills for the Quality Inspector:
Experience inspecting components using jigs and fixtures
Knowledge of CMM or FARO inspection systems
