Owen Daniels are currently supporting an established manufacturing business based in Coventry is currently seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong metrology background and hands-on experience using portable CMM arms and inspection software.\n\nLocation: Coventry\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nCarry out dimensional inspection of components using FARO Arm, Hexagon, or Absolute Arm equipment\nUse PolyWorks software for inspection programming, measurement, and reporting\nPerform first-off, in-process, and final inspections in line with company standards\nRead and interpret engineering drawings, including GD&T\nIdentify and report non-conformances, supporting corrective actions where required\nEnsure all inspection documentation is completed accurately and maintained\nWork closely with production and engineering teams to uphold quality standardsCandidate Requirements:\n\nPrevious experience working as a Quality Inspector within a manufacturing environment\nPractical experience with FARO Arm / Hexagon / Absolute Arm systems\nStrong working knowledge of PolyWorks\nAbility to interpret complex engineering drawings and tolerances\nHigh level of attention to detail and accuracy\nStrong communication skills and a team-oriented approachDesirable Experience:\n\nBackground in automotive, aerospace, or precision engineering\nFamiliarity with ISO quality standardsPackage & Benefits:\n\nSalary between £32,000 – £36,000 depending on experience\nFull-time, permanent position\nOpportunity to work with advanced inspection technology\nCareer progression within a reputable organisationIf this role is of interest, please click apply now to be considered
