Milton Keynes Community Health Services (MKCHS), part of CNWL, is seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Governance Lead to join the Diggory Division. This role will drive quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical governance across a diverse range of community services. The successful candidate will work closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure robust governance systems, embed a culture of learning and transparency, and support high standards of care.ResponsibilitiesPromote QI methodology and support services with improvement plansWork closely with the Senior Management Team to maintain effective oversight of all aspects of the Serious Incident ProcessesAssist in the review of action plans and suggest themes for audit that may arise from risks, trends, incidents, audits and complaintsManage complex data collection from a variety of sources and contribute information and data to dashboards as requiredKeep up to date with developments both nationally and locally in relation to the quality agendaCollaborate with teams to embed learning from incidents and complaintsAttend relevant meetings and forums where quality is the focusContribute to the Quality Agenda by supporting the CQI/F and COG meetingsContribute in the management of the Directorate Audit PlanEquality and DiversityDisability Confident – a Disability Confident employer will generally offer an interview to any applicant who declares they have a disability and meets the minimum criteria for the job as defined by the employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
