Are you a Quality professional with experience in Health and Safety?

Connected Search Group are representing a Global Manufacturing business, in the search for a Quality and HSE Manager. This role will be the driving force behind Quality and Health and Safety certification and improvement across two site.

We are looking for a candidate who has a strong background in Quality, owning ISO 9001 from both a systems perspective but also driving the Quality processes within the business.

This is a Quality focussed role, but we are looking for a candidate who can have oversight of Health and Safety. With the company hiring a H&S Advisor to promote a strong Health and Safety culture across the shop floor, this position will mentor and look after the systems side.

• Develop, implement and maintain Quality & HSE policies, procedures and management systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001).
• Lead internal and external Quality Audits.
• Monitor and report on SHEQ performance metrics, trends and KPIs.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and safe working practices.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) across SHEQ areas.
• Manage documentation, records and control of SHEQ systems.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, certification auditors and key stakeholders.
• Support operational teams with SHEQ guidance and decision-making.
