Our education client is seeking an organised and proactive administrator to support quality assurance and enhancement activities within their Business School. This role provides high-level administrative and project support for learning and teaching, working closely with academic leads and senior stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support Boards of Studies and Learning & Teaching Committees (scheduling, agendas, minutes, action tracking)Support curriculum development and new programme approvalsAdminister student feedback systems and academic representation processesAssist with internal and external quality assurance activities, including reviews and accreditationsMaintain and update systems, data, and programme informationProvide project and administrative support for enhancement initiativesKey RequirementsProven experience in an administrative roleStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills and stakeholder engagementAbility to work independently and use initiative to solve problemsAdditional InformationThis is a temporary role to start ASAP until 31 July 2026Hybrid working available; however, onsite presence is required for the first few weeks35 hours per week, Monday to FridayPay rate: £15.36 per hourPlease apply as soon as you are able to as we will be shortlisting applications as we receive them.
