What You'll Do

Lead investigations into quality issues, identify root causes, and implement lasting solutions.
Drive problem-solving sessions using tools such as 5 Whys and Fishbone Diagrams.
Monitor KPIs and maintain quality dashboards to track performance.
Partner with stakeholders across production, engineering, and supply chain to enhance quality control.

What We're Looking For

A STEM degree or equivalent practical experience.
Proven track record in manufacturing or production environments.
Expertise in Lean principles and process optimisation.
Advanced experience with 8D methodology and root cause analysis.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points

Knowledge of plastics/injection moulding or experience in the life sciences industry.
Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a dynamic team setting
