Duties will include: Managing product quality plans, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), supporting design and process validation activities, and leading failure investigations for customer returns or internal defects. The engineer will collaborate closely with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure product specifications are met and risks are mitigated. The position will be based within the defence business unit so experience / knowledge within this sector would be preferred but is not essential and we would consider candidates with experience outside of this.
