As a Quality Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Providing independent assessment of lifecycle design review inputs, entry and exit criteria
Acting as the independent authority during validation and verification activities
Owning and closing all product-related issues internally and externally, including customer concerns
Revising and updating processes to reduce risk of non-conformance issues
Completing quality audits and surveillance activities
Ensuring effective close-out of internal and external audit findings
Performing proactive operational surveillance to promote best practice and minimise quality escapes
Maintaining all product records to ensure configuration integrity throughout the lifecycle
Articulating issues, providing constructive feedback, and advocating for quality standards
Producing and maintaining contracted quality deliverables
Acting as a conduit between Engineering and Production to ensure assurance on delivered products
Generating and updating Quality Management Plans

As a Quality Engineer, your experience will include:

Previous experience in a quality-focused role within a technical environment
Strong understanding of configuration management principles
Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving techniques
Auditor-level knowledge of quality management systems
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence without direct authority
