Quality Controller We're looking for a dedicated and energetic Quality Controller to join one of our client's in Bedford on a permanen t basis . As a Quality Controller, you'll be essential in monitoring product and food safety standards to ensure all products are safe and meet legal requirements. Responsibilities: Monitor and test product quality against customer requirements and schedules. Perform metal detection checks on all final products and report any findings. Report any out-of-specification results or metal detection failures to your technical and operational colleagues. You'll also escalate issues to management if they aren't resolved. Ensure Certificates of Analysis are sent to customers by the agreed-upon deadlines. Verify that product labels and job sheets are accurate and properly documented.
