Night shift premium of 1.45 Night shift hours: Mon–Weds (12 hours per shift), Thurs (6 hours) – total 42 hours per week (38 standard + 4 OT) Holiday allowance of 190 hours plus bank/public holidays Company pension with 6% employer contribution Possibility of overtime at x1.5 rate once skill level allows Autonomy to make decisions and influence quality processes Working with advanced CMM technology in a high-precision environment Opportunities for professional development and technical training As a Quality Control Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
