The Job you will do:Drive continuous improvement across quality, cost control, waste reduction, and efficiencyEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safe working practicesComplete customer questionnaires and prepare product specificationsSupport communication with suppliers, customers, and certification bodies on quality mattersCoordinate audits and maintain accreditation standardsPerform stock checks on quarantined materialsInspect retained samples and approve product release where requiredConduct in-process quality checks across productionPrepare compliance and analysis certificatesCarry out laboratory testing (e.g., yield, seal strength, friction, solvent levels)Prepare and dispatch customer samplesProduce internal and customer reportsLead root cause investigations and implement corrective actionsManage customer complaints and response processesHold quality review meetings and analyse trends in issuesConduct hygiene inspections and glass auditsMaintain housekeeping and hygiene standardsDeliver training on quality and hygiene procedures and keep recordsSupport quality management systems, including traceability, recalls, supplier issues, and internal auditsAbout you: Good organisational and time management skillsIdeally you will be from a food manufacturing background or similar. It is essential you are experienced with BRCGS and HACCPHigh standards of personal conduct and professional performanceEffective written and verbal communication skillsGood team player; ability to work as part of a team and alone on own initiative Ability to think and plan aheadReliable and flexible to manage changing prioritiesAccurate with good attention to detailA positive, proactive and constructive approach to problem solvingJBRP1_UKTJ
