Company Overview:
An established Tier 1 main contractor with a strong reputation for delivering large-scale, complex design & build projects across the UK is looking to appoint a Quality Assurance Manager to join their growing team in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced QA professional to play a key role in maintaining and elevating quality standards across a diverse range of high-profile construction schemes, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation and management of project-specific Quality Plans in line with ISO 9001 and internal systems.
*
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
*
Collaborate with site and project teams to embed a culture of quality across all project stages.
*
Investigate non-conformances, drive root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
*
Maintain up-to-date quality documentation including ITPs, inspection records, and handover documentation.
*
Provide training and support to operational staff on QA procedures and compliance protocols.
*
Act as a key liaison between the project team, subcontractors, and client representatives on all matters relating to quality.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience in a Quality Assurance role within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor.
*
Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
*
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems.
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
*
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
*
Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering, or quality management are desirable.
*
Based in or able to commute to London regularly.
