Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and develop the QA team, ensuring high performance, engagement, and accountability. Foster a positive team culture that promotes ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training for QA staff. Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and support career development plans. Act as a key liaison between QA, production, and technical teams to ensure alignment on quality goals.
