About Us

Vinarchy. Redefining Wine.

Established in 2025 following the merger of Accolade Wines and Pernod Ricard Winemakers, Vinarchy is an exceptional global wine company committed to redefining wine.

Crafting extraordinary wines in Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Italy, South Africa, Chile and the United States, and sharing them in almost every corner of the world, we are relentlessly innovative, ambitious and imaginative at every stage from grape to glass.

About the role

Are you passionate about quality and food safety? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the highest standards across our wine operations and supplier network.

In this role, you’ll work closely with QA leadership and trusted third-party suppliers to ensure robust quality processes are in place, continuously improved, and fully compliant with Australian legislation and global standards. You'll take the lead in supplier engagement, reporting, and resolving quality issues, helping to minimise risk while maintaining strong controls.

If you have a keen eye for detail, a collaborative mindset, and experience working with quality management systems like ISO 9001, BRC, IFS, or HACCP — we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and enhance the Quality Management Systems to drive continuous improvement and embed ‘Best Practice’ philosophies.
• Manage large projects and end-to-end processes with minimal oversight, ensuring delivery to scope, quality, and timelines.
• Partner with third parties to ensure full compliance with Vinarchy’s Quality Management and Food Standards requirements.
• Collect, analyse, and present quality data to identify business-impacting trends and highlight opportunities for Quality and Food Safety improvements.
• Provide QA support to internal customers and external suppliers/service providers, resolving complex, cross-regional challenges with innovative solutions.
• Develop and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to effectively address customer complaints and claims.
• Maintain robust reporting standards and implement system improvements to support quality audits across relevant sites.
• Embed compliance activities consistently across all internal operations and third-party partners.
• Produce monthly reports on Quality Management and Food Safety KPIs, identifying emerging trends and areas for intervention.
• Contribute to the Global Risk Management Plan, shaping company policy and direction for Quality Risk Management and Food Safety.
• Apply the Global Risk Management Plan by coaching, reviewing, and delegating workflows effectively.
• Identify gaps or non-conformances within Vinarchy and third-party Quality Management and Food Safety Systems, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, IFS, BRC, HACCP, AS/NZS 4360 Principles of Risk Management, and any specific customer requirements.

What You’ll Bring:

Please note some business travel may be required from time to time across the UK & Europe and occasional out of hours work may be required.

Attendance between the central Bristol office and Avonmouth site will be required on a weekly basis.
