Job Role: Open communication channels with Local Authority and CCG commissioners to engage in new business opportunities with Abbey Total Care Group and maintain relationship. To follow quality assurance program and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in mental health care. Establish and monitor performance indicators, metrics, and benchmarks to assess the quality of mental health services. Conduct regular audits, reviews, and evaluations of service delivery processes, documentation, and outcomes to identify areas for improvement. Assist with a review of existing procedures to ensure they meet the current guidelines Maintaining documentation of procedural changes
