We are recruiting for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our Quality & Innovation team. What we are looking for: Highly motivated individual who is interested in understanding and working with a variety of digital platforms. Takes initiative and solves problems creatively. Enthusiastic and committed to helping others to reach their goal. Great administrative and IT skills. Excellent communication with staff and other stakeholders. Team player. Duties and Responsibilities: Plan and carry out routine and targeted quality processes, audits and curriculum reviews Gather, collate, present and monitor complex quality data Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings in relation to quality assurance To support Head of Quality Improvement & Innovation with the planning and organisation of an effective staff development programme informed by outcomes of quality processes, new initiatives or requirements and identified needs.
