Job Description

Brand / Quality Assurance Manager

Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite)

Salary: £50,000 ( DOE ) + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

We are partnering with a global apparel business with a focus on licensed products to recruit a highly organised and detail‑driven Brand Assurance Manager.

This is a key operational role responsible for ensuring all products meet strict brand, regulatory, and retailer requirements from concept through final production.

Based in London with a hybrid setup (2 days per week in the office), this position is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured, fast‑paced environment and brings strong experience in product approvals, brand compliance, or licensing.

Recent experience in product approvals ( fashion clothing ) , brand ( fashion clothing ) compliance, licensing clothing (apparel ).

Strong understanding of approval workflows.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Proven team leadership experience.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.

Process‑driven, structured, and able to work under pressure.

Commutable to London 3 days a week and eligible to work in the UK
