Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Frome studio for a Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee quality control processes, ensuring all products meet the company’s high standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include implementing QA protocols, conducting inspections, managing compliance with product safety regulations, collaborating with production teams to maintain quality, and investigating product issues to implement improvements. With a hands-on approach, the manager will sustain and enhance product integrity and customer trust. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance standards and processes within the manufacturing or cosmetics industry Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements for organic and sustainable products Proficiency in problem-solving, attention to detail, and process improvement initiatives Effective leadership and communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Experience in environmental sustainability practices is a strong advantage Proven ability to track and manage documentation, including inspections, audits, and reporting Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is
