Quality Assurance Engineer - Mechanical
Location: North London (site-based)

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer with a mechanical background to join a major infrastructure project in North London. This is an opportunity to be part of a large-scale, sustainability-focused development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of quality control plans and procedures for mechanical works
  • Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and codes
  • Monitor site activities and subcontractor performance
  • Manage QA/QC documentation, including RFIs and inspection records
  • Coordinate inspection and testing activities
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or similar)
  • Experience in QA/QC within construction or industrial projects
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems
  • Familiarity with welding and NDT methods
