The role We are seeking someone who is passionate about service quality, continuous improvement and ensuring residents receive consistently excellent support. If that sounds like you, we have an opportunity to join us as our Quality Assurance & Contracts Officer . As Quality Assurance & Contracts Officer, you will provide support with internal auditing, best practice and continuous improvement and the development of a clear involvement and co-production structure, in line with Southern Housing'svision and corporate culture. To support with the contract relationship for supported housing and care stock and liaise with external parties/agencies on matters of compliance and performance. In this role you'll develop services to meet the needs of the local community ensuring targets and requirements of external regulators/ commissioner are maintained. This role is based at our Newport office on the Isle of Wight , with travel to local schemes across the Island. A full driving licence, access to a vehicle, and business-use insurance are essential. Please note this is a permanent full-time role. What youll need Excellent IT and communication skills
