QA Administrator – West Yorkshire – Healthcare – Perm
About the Company:
We are looking for an experienced QA Assistant/Associate/Administrator from the healthcare, FCMC or food industry to join an established company in the West Yorkshire area.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the approval process, ensuring accurate documentation and stakeholder communication.
- Report and investigate quality issues, working with the Compliance Manager to implement effective solutions.
- Monitor customer complaints, identify trends, and support CAPA activities to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain and update product and packaging specifications, responding to internal and external queries.
- Manage systems and technical documentation, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- Support product launches through coordination of technical and product specifications.
- Assist with change control, incident management, and CAPA tracking.
- Provide and manage technical information across internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct internal QMS audits and support compliance activities.
- Coordinate and perform mock recalls as required.
- Support the wider team on projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- QA experience from the healthcare, FMCG or food industry.
- GMP experience.
- Experience with NCR and deviation investigations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self- motivated.
- Good MS Office skills.
