Someone who can coach, develop and empower teams while also holding the line on safety, rights and regulatory excellence. This is not a “clipboard and checklist” role. SALARY: £60,000 to £64,000 per annum + Benefits LOCATION: London (SE13) with regular travel to sites in Lewisham, Southwark, Greenwich, Sutton and Croydon JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, with flexibility for occasional evenings / weekends to meet service needs
