My client, a Pharmaceutical Wholesaler in Walsall are hiring for a Quality Administrator to join their Organisation on a permanent basis
The role of the Quality Administrator will be too:
* Provide administration support to the team
* Use in house systems to check in Pharmaceutical products
* Handling documentation, records, and inbox management
* Upload all relevant documents from deliveries received on the company server.
* Review the batch records and ensuring all entries are inserted accurately.
* Ensure all relevant documentation is present with the working BPR and confirmed as complete.
* Ensure that if errors occurred, that they have been reported.
* Ensure all checks are recorded accurately during identification check
The suitable Quality Administraor will:
* Have previous work history in a similar fast paced environment
* Possess knowledge and experience of Administration
* Ideally have experience in a quality role
* Have the ability to stay calm under pressure and to be able to multi-task in a similar environment
* Demonstrate a willingness to adapt to the changing working practices of a busy pharmaceutical environment
* Have good administrative, IT and keyboard skills
* Have strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and procedures
* Be reliable, organised, and professional, with a willingness to learn and develop further in a quality-focused role
The successful Quality Control Operative will receive:
* A permanent contract
* A salary starting at £27,000 rising after probation
* Support and guidance from a friendly and professional team
* Free Parking
