Are you a skilled, compassionate Teaching Assistant or HLTA looking for flexible supply work in schools across Surrey.

Milk Education is seeking dedicated professionals to support learning, nurture children, and help schools run smoothly – whether in the classroom, through small group interventions, or one-to-one support.

Roles We’re Recruiting:

• Level 2 / Level 3 Teaching Assistants – Supporting teachers, leading small groups, assisting with interventions, and helping children achieve their potential.
• Specialist Teaching Assistants – Supporting pupils with SEN, behavioural challenges, or additional learning needs.
• Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) – Leading learning groups, covering classes under teacher guidance, and taking responsibility for classroom management when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

To excel in these roles, candidates should have:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Education Support, Childcare, or Teaching Assistance
• For HLTA roles: HLTA accreditation or proven experience leading learning groups or covering classes
• Experience working in school settings with Primary and Secondary children.
• Strong communication skills, patience, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to different classroom environments
