Aspire People is excited to recruit a passionate and dedicated SEN (Special Educational Needs) Teacher for a fantastic opportunity in the B17 area, starting in January 2026. This is a chance to make a real difference in the lives of students with additional learning needs in a supportive and inclusive environment.

The Role:

Deliver tailored lessons to students with a range of Special Educational Needs

Design and implement individual learning plans (ILPs) to support student development

Create a nurturing, positive, and engaging classroom environment

Work closely with a collaborative team of teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals

Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet their specific needs

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience in teaching students with Special Educational Needs

Ability to differentiate lessons and create accessible learning opportunities for all students

Strong communication and organizational skills

A compassionate, patient, and flexible approach to teaching

A genuine passion for helping students reach their potential, regardless of their challenges
