About the Role: You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to students aged 11-16 who have ASD and other complex or anxiety-related needs. You will create a nurturing and supportive environment that helps students overcome challenges and reach their full potential. You will be part of a dedicated and committed multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively to ensure that students receive the best possible care and education. What They're Looking For: A qualified teacher (QTS) with a proven track record of successful teaching. A passion for working with students with complex needs and a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and supportive approach. The ability to manage challenging behaviours in a calm and understanding manner.
