Join Brent's Family Support Team
We are seeking experienced and committed Social Workers to join our Family Support Team in Brent. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a supportive, ambitious, and child‑focused service that makes a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families.
About the Role
As a Social Worker in the Family Support Team, you will:
Manage a diverse caseload of CIN and CP cases Complete high‑quality assessments and develop effective, outcome‑focused plans Work collaboratively with families, partners, and other professionals Deliver impactful interventions that promote stability and resilience Contribute to Brent's commitment to child‑centred, evidence‑informed practice Receive regular supervision, reflective spaces, and strong CPD support
✅ What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years' PQE plus completed ASYE Strong background working within Family Support SWE‑registered qualified Social Worker (DipSW/CQSW/BA/MA Social Work) Skilled in managing risk and making evidence‑based decisions Passionate about achieving the best outcomes for children and families

Essential Requirements
Social Work England Registration Recognised Social Work qualification Solid post‑qualifying experience in Children's Social Care Thorough understanding of safeguarding legislation and statutory duties Confidence in assessment, planning, and multi‑agency working
