The successful candidate will have strong experience in Children's Services,  ideally having a good understanding and experience of alternatively qualified workforce and have previously managed services in this area i.e. youth justice / family help service / youth service. You will have good understanding in workforce development and learning. You will be motivated, inspired and creative in your working approach and have the passion to drive the Workforce Academy forward.
