Position: Science Teacher (Biology, Chemistry or Physics) Location: North London Start Date: September 2026 (or sooner by negotiation) Contract: Permanent / Full-Time Salary: MPS/UPS (Inner or Outer London weighting, depending on location)
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Science Teacher to join a forward-thinking secondary school in North London. This is an excellent opportunity for both ECTs and experienced teachers who are passionate about delivering high-quality science education and inspiring young learners.
The Role
Teach Science across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities available for suitable candidates) Deliver engaging, practical, and well-structured lessons Plan, assess, and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities Support students’ academic progress and personal development
The Ideal Candidate
Holds QTS or is working towards it Strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry or Physics Passionate about science and student achievement Committed to inclusive education and high standards A strong team player with excellent communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
