Nursery Practitioner As a key member of the team, you'll: Plan and deliver fun, engaging activities in line with the EYFS Support children's learning and development through play, observation, and responsive care. Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and your colleagues. Keep learning journeys and records up to date, reflecting each child's progress. Help create a safe, clean, and stimulating environment where every child feels happy and secure. Room Leader In addition to practitioner duties, you'll: Lead a room and manage your team, ensuring consistency and high-quality provision. Motivate, support, and develop your team with confidence and professionalism. Organise and oversee planning, observations, and assessments within your room.
