Supporting children through play‑based learning
Helping with feeding, toileting, and personal care when required

Observing and recording children's development
Encouraging social interaction and early communication skills
What you'll need to succeed* A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
* Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A patient, caring, and creative approach to working with children.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
