We are recruiting for a qualified Maths teacher to join a mainstream secondary school in Halesowen on a maternity cover basis. Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop schemes of work and teaching strategies.
* Support students’ individual learning needs and encourage a love of Maths.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Maths.
* Experience teaching Maths in a secondary school setting.
* Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire students.
* Excellent classroom management skills.
* Enthusiasm for contributing to school life beyond the classroom.
