Tameside MBC is looking for resilient, experienced, and autonomous Social Workers to join their Safeguarding & Support team. You’ll manage a varied and meaningful caseload including Child in Need, Child Protection, pre-proceedings and Court work — supported by a stable, permanent leadership team committed to continuous improvement. Following a positive recent Ofsted monitoring visit (January), Tameside is on an ambitious improvement journey — and you’ll be part of shaping that progress. The Role This is primarily office-based, with some flexibility for home working (agreed with your Team Manager). Full-time hours worked across 5 days preferred. You will:
