The OpportunityWe are working on behalf of a well-regarded, independent Chartered Accountancy practice based in Harrogate, known for its supportive, friendly team culture and strong client relationships. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an ACA qualified accountant to join their team.
The RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practice accountant who is confident managing assignments from start to finish with minimal senior review. The role will involve a varied portfolio of clients and offers genuine progression, including the opportunity to take ownership of your own client base.
Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a portfolio of clients across a range of sectorsPreparing statutory accounts and tax returnsLeading assignments from planning through to completionAttending and leading client meetings, building strong relationshipsProviding support and guidance to junior team members where required
About YouACA qualifiedProven experience within a UK accountancy practiceConfident handling jobs independently with minimal supervisionStrong communication skills with experience in xbpsjku client-facing rolesOrganised, proactive, and keen to take ownership of your work
