You wont just be churning out accounts here. Youll be trusted with your own portfolio, speaking directly with clients and getting involved in the more interesting, complex work.

What youll actually be doing:

• Managing your own portfolio with real ownership
• Building relationships with clients, not just emailing them
• Preparing and reviewing year-end accounts and tax work
• Getting involved in more complex queries, HMRC work and advisory
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Having a say in how things are done, not just following process

What youll get out of it:

• £40,000 £50,000 depending on experience
• 22 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off (rising with service)

What theyre looking for:

• ACA / ACCA qualified
• Solid background in practice
• Experience managing or ready to step into managing a client portfolio
• Comfortable speaking to clients and adding value
