We are currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Electrician to join our Team. You will work with a strong multi discipline team predominantly delivering essential repairs/maintenance, testing and inspection work.

Main role and responsibilities

Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults primarily in social housing and commercial properties. Working alongside other work streams: carrying out repairs and installation to Kitchen/Bathrooms/Retrofit/Repairs/Maintenance/Rewires and Void, to bring the dwellings to current regulations. Ensuring that all electrical work complies with industry regulations and standards. Completing all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner, including the signing of certification. Participating in on-call and emergency response as part of a rota system

Essential

Qualified to NVQ Level 3 Electrical installation or City and Guilds 236-1 and 236-2 City and Guilds 2391 18th edition wiring regulations Full UK Driving License Able to pass a Full DBS disclosure. Knowledge of testing and commissioning procedures
